- Advance payment may be required to initiate production.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to complete payment may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

- Custom designs, colors, and branding must be clearly communicated before production begins.
- Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
- Parmar Overseas is not responsible for discrepancies resulting from unclear or incomplete specifications provided by the client.
5. Production & Delivery
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size and customization.
- While we strive to meet deadlines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as supply chain issues) may occur.
- Shipping and logistics are handled as per mutually agreed terms.
6. Quality Assurance
We maintain strict quality control processes to ensure all products meet our standards.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of materials used.
- Such variations shall not be considered defects.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of bulk and customized orders, returns are generally not accepted.
- Any claims regarding defects must be reported within a specified time after delivery.
- Refunds or replacements are subject to evaluation and approval.
